David is a retired Police Officer of 13 years turned barber. He is an artist when it comes to music, beard and hair perfection. His education is from Headlines Barber Academy in KCK. He also comes from a house full of barbers and cosmetologists. “I want to become your friendly neighborhood barber, a part of the family. That's my goal, every time."

Julie is David's wife and owner of DoubleD'sBarbershop. She also owned and operated a prior Lansing and Leavenworth residential and commercial cleaning company.  She has a Masters degree in business administration and is a government contractor. Julie is currently an IT professor at Donnelly College and a part time Realestate agent.
